1. The service

LAMAA lets you generate and edit images and write short-film scripts with artificial intelligence. The service is in beta, may change, and may be temporarily unavailable. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; review it before relying on or sharing it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (and have a parent's or guardian's permission if you are a minor where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your devices and passkeys secure.

3. Your content

You keep your rights in the photos and text you provide. You confirm you have the right to upload them, including permission from anyone who appears in a photo. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the results you create, including commercially.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use LAMAA to create or share: sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual intimate imagery; content that impersonates, deceives, harasses or defames real people; deepfakes of others without their consent; illegal, hateful or violent content; or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, security or safety filters. We may block requests, remove access or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits, subscriptions and trials

• Free accounts receive a daily credit allowance. Paid plans increase it; daily limits apply to every plan for fair use.
• Subscriptions (weekly $4.99, yearly $39.99 USD, plus any applicable tax) renew automatically until cancelled. The yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends you will be charged.
• You can cancel any time from the account menu ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMAA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using LAMAA and delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
